It was all great up to the taking measurements. Afterwards no follow up to schedule the work. I called three times and left three messages with no call back. Very disappointing
Had them build me a custom glass case around my steam tables , after a year the glass is literally falling out of place and the entire thing needs to be redone after paying $4k ! I decided to call them and give them another try because I rather support small businesses in the area. Reason for calling because I wanted a another glass setup for my other restaurant,
The staff was courteous and professional. They always called me back when they said they would. They were on time with my orders that I had to pick up and they were on time when they came to install a glass in my front door that was accidentally broken by the FDNY. Finally, the prices were reasonable. Thank God for A&B Glass.
I had the worst experience with a mirror installation (or lack of) with A & B Glass and Mirror Corporation. I scheduled a mirror installation for Saturday at 11 am and the office called me the day before to confirm the time. Then the company never shows up on Saturday. I called them to complain and they said I was never in the system and no one was ever coming to install my mirror.
One star for eventually completing the job. Rude staff, poor communication, extremely disorganized. Doesn’t hold themselves accountable when they’re in the wrong. Re-quoted us almost double the amount the day before the job needed to be completed (for the second time). Stay far away or risk serious frustrations and disappointment.
